Human by nature.Reporting to the Talent Sourcing Manager, the Talent Acquisition Sourcer will source potential candidates for JL6 (Specialists), JL5 (1st level management & senior specialists), JL4 (Middle management & professionals) and JL3 (Senior leaders and experts) roles as a part of Global Talent Acquisition at Givaudan.This position is temporary for 1 year, based in our site located in Martinez, Buenos Aires.You will:Service Delivery
- Implement evaluation strategies by collaborating with the Local HR and external vendor.
- Ensure the interview materials are all confirmed in advance to ensure a fair evaluation process; ensure interview panel undergoes training for consistency in recruitment process
- Collaborate with the other team members assisting Global TA to ensure seamless process execution for Talent Acquisition
- Solve issues and provide solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change.
- Develop recruitment plans by assessing and discussing requirements with hiring managers and determining selection of the most appropriate recruiting tool to source candidates.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
Vendor Management
- Engage with third-party candidate assessment agencies (e.g. psychometric test) and ensure they meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and key performance indicators
Governance, Stakeholder & Controls
- Collaborate across Global TA to ensure the recruitment process is compliant with our philosophy and policies
- Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures, including HR data integrity and adherence to government regulations
Documentation
- Maintain training documents and materials.
- Ensure all the candidate data is stored in the internal HR systems.
- Build a talent pool and leverage software and tools as a means for building employment branding to attract and retain talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effectiveness of job descriptions, key required attributes and competencies for the role, as aligned with selected interviewing team assignments.
Report
- Contribute to Talent Acquisition reports to the management and business by providing insights.
- Perform administrative tasks such as system accuracy and help with metrics.
ImprovementsGather qualitative and quantitative feedback on overall service levels and provide recommendation to seniors on improvement opportunitiesYou?Your professional profile requires:
- College or University degree in Human Resources or related field
- Fluent in English.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Advanced MS Excel.
- SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.
