You communicate confidently and comfortably in French and English. Any additional languages would be a plus.
You are able to organize your tasks independently, think creatively, and work across departments.
You have broad knowledge of our product range and use it to offer customers tailored solutions.

Identify customer needs and proactively offer suitable solutions to enhance satisfaction and drive sales.
Conduct sales conversations and provide empathetic advice to strengthen customer trust and build long-term relationships.
Plan kitchens digitally, considering individual customer requests during virtual appointments.
Provide comprehensive support via screen sharing, phone, and email before and during the purchase process.
Utilize remote selling techniques to drive growth and ensure the sustainable profitability of the online business.
