We are very excited to be recruiting for this vacancy, which is part of our transformation journey in trading. This newly created role will report directly to our Head of Quantitative Analysis and play an important role in the development of our analytics framework. It therefore is a very attractive opportunity for a senior profile, who would like to put all their experience and best practices to use and make a significant impact. On the other hand, we are also open to more junior talent, who want to grow with us. This job is located in Olten or Lausanne, Switzerland, relocation support will be provided.Your main responsibilities:

  • Develop the new analytics framework for valuation of assets and structured products
  • Contribute to the design of our new Trading infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Structuring, Trading, Risk and IT
  • Support and maintenance of existing tools and processes

Your profile:

  • Engineering, mathematics, physics or similar educational background (minimum MSc level)
  • 5-10 years of experience as quant developer (preferably in commodities on power/gas)
  • Financial derivatives knowledge and ideally physical assets
  • Strong development skills (Python, .NET (C#/F#), Rust) with emphasis on functional programming
  • Knowledge of development workflow (CI/CD, DevOps, cloud integration)
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent English, additional languages a plus
  • Ability/willingness to relocate to Switzerland (not applicable for locals)
