  • Assist in the management and oversight of investment portfolios, ensuring alignment with clients› objectives and risk profiles
  • Prepare detailed reports, performance analyses, and presentations for internal and client use
  • Support the research and analysis of financial markets, investment products, and trends to identify opportunities and risks
  • Collaborate with the asset management team to implement and monitor investment strategies
  • Manage client documentation, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as compliance, operations, and finance to ensure seamless processes
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent service

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial software is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, markets, and asset management processes
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
