Job Description:Your roleThe responsibility of the Technician II is to support the 24×7 uptime of services provided to hyperscale and colocation customers. This is achieved by operation of the technical infrastructure including mechanical, electrical, BMS, security, fire detection and suppression, and power generation systems.In parallel to the above is the execution of customer service requests and the delivery of customer service support including, for example, remote hands, and physical installations.Your Profile
- Vocational education in one of the relevant technical fields (datacenter, cooling, mechanical or electrical)
- Experienced in the electrotechnical field, ideally authorized to manage and perform electrical switching
- Minimum 3 – 5 years practical experience in an electrical, technical or industrial / mechanical environment
- Experience in data centers or similar critical or high availability infrastructures is desirable.
- Knowledge of the operation of important building infrastructure systems or comparable
- Fluent in English and German (B2 or higher)
