What it’s aboutIn order to complement our HR team in Zug, we are seeking a Project Manager who has a passion for impact, and therefore understands the importance of being hands-on to achieving success. Key responsibilities would be the following:
- Manage projects of strategic importance for the HR function and lead those projects to successful completion
- Develop and maintain the relevant project plans
- Drive the progress of your projects through tracking and defining milestones and next steps and requesting regular status updates
- Drive and perform business analysis in close cooperation with the relevant stakeholders, including investment teams, operational teams and software developers where necessary
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
- Manage the relationships and communication with all project stakeholders, including senior stakeholders
- Document and hand over processes, tools and procedures once developed, including suitable controls
What we expectWe are looking for an experienced project manager who is committed to excellence and thrives in a high-paced work environment. Key requirements are:
- Top academic credentials in a relevant field
- Several years of experience within project management, preferably within the financial sector. HR project management experience is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel and other project management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, able to engage and motivate others across all levels of seniority
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- A self-directed and independent person, able to manage tasks effectively and complete them within demanding timelines, and willing to take charge and be accountable for areas of responsibility
