Our mission: We safely power your flight.To start your talent journey with us, apply now as:Supervisor (New Engines – LEAP)Assigned to the New Engines organization, you will act as Supervisor within the engine shop operational organization supporting Disassembly, Assembly and Inspection Area for LEAP engines. As such: onboarding and leading people; develop, implement, and manage processes; coordinate projects and tasks to achieve the goals and targets of the organization.Your tasks
- Manage and lead the assigned Team in a multicultural environment
- Assign work assignments to the employee and plan the resources according to the workload involved and monitor work efficiency
- Assist on Shop Layout definition and coordinate implementation (equipment, tools, workspaces, etc.)
- Assist on internal and external audits and coordinate the implementation of the necessary improvements and corrective actions
- Assist on interviews with candidates participating in the selection process (technicians and admin. personnel)
- Manage and coordinate all the necessary arrangements for admission process (SRT card, uniform, training program, tooling car, integration on the shop floor, etc.)
- Manage the OJT, Qualification, Certification Processes and provide feedback on technician overall performance
- Assist on training plan definition and coordinate implementation
- Identify and develop a supervisor deputy as part of the phase out/phase in process, ensuring job continuity
- Define and ensure defined 5S standard
- Drive continuous improvement culture and activities
- Applying the Performance Management Process (PMP) and taking the active role in motivating employees
Your profile
- 4 Years technical apprenticeship
- Experience in Engine MRO
- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in industrial manufacturing Management skills and proven experience in leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- English Level minimum B2
- Readiness for two-shift work
- Good knowledge of the operation and understanding of higher correlations
- Ability to lead and motivate a group of employees
- Willingness to educate and train in the relevant field of activity
- Good interpersonal skills
- High mass at independence, self-initiative, and willingness to perform
- Good IT knowledge, incl. SAP R/3
- Knowledge and driver of Continuous Improvement
