Job Description:The team is responsible for producing, analyzing, reporting, and explaining quarterly results from SCOR’s internal model (IM) for Solvency II, IFRS 17 for the Group and its subsidiaries. It further develops and uses SCOR’s internal economic performance framework for senior and executive management decisions.Responsibilities:
- Use the IM to analyse quantitative risk information in collaboration with other departments (e.g. Finance, L&H and P&C business units).
- Report insights from the internal model to help make strategic decisions in terms of risk profile and return optimization.
- Lead projects across multiple functions in a global environment.
- Develop further use cases of the IM for business decisions.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of expertise in Solvency II / SST internal model
- Qualified actuary (SAV, DAV, IFoA) or equivalent qualification and experience.
- Proficient in IFRS 17 risk adjustment methodology
- Experienced project leader in a multinational environment across functions.
- Practiced in MS Office and coding (preferred Python)
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
