We’re looking for two dynamic professionals to contribute to a high-impact biotech environment, supporting the upstream and downstream processes in a state-of-the-art facility for the leading pharma client.Location: Lucerne, SwitzerlandStart Date: Ideally March 3, 2025Duration: Until July 31, 2026Extension: PossibleWorkload: 100%Hybrid: 2 days home office per weekWhat You’ll Do:✔️ Play a key role in tech transfer and process optimization✔️ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless new product introduction✔️ Work with automated and digital tools like COMET SAP, MES, and DeltaV✔️ Drive process improvements and problem-solving initiatives✔️ Ensure compliance with GMP standardsWhat We’re Looking For:A degree qualification in a relevant field (Science/Technical)3+ years of experience in upstream/downstream biotech processesExperience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industryFamiliarity with Unit Operations for mAb manufacturingProject management basic knowledgeCompetent in issuing and transcribing information into documents required for manufacturing such as BOM, Batch Sheets and DeltaVCompetency in the use of automated/digital systems such as DeltaV, MES, eVal, SAP COMETHas managed a small project with a cross-functional groupWorking knowledge of cGMP regulationsUnderstanding of the general principles of New Product Introduction (Tech Transfer)English fluency required; German is a plusThis is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative biotech environment where you can make a real impact.
