  • Help shape the digital transformation of international customers. Whether a medium-sized company or a large corporation – you know our customers and their industries. You will take advantage of this and help them to implement their business processes on the ServiceNow platform in the best possible way.
  • Accelerate the transformation with digital workflows. Your goal is to make our customers fit for the future and make their technology, employee, customer and creator workflows more efficient. To achieve this, you will use agile methods, identify opportunities for innovation such as #GenAI and engage our customers in a compelling way.
  • Position yourself and your team as ServiceNow experts. The know-how in your team is as diverse and unique as your colleagues themselves. You pool your domain-specific knowledge and use it successfully in projects. Your customers know this and trust your expertise.
  • Stay up to date. When there are innovations on the platform, you’ll be the first to know about them. To do this, you will continuously educate yourself – independently and with internal and ServiceNow-specific training courses.

Who you are

  • You have a degree in IT or at least three years of experience in consulting projects related to ServiceNow.
  • You have already gained experience in at least one ServiceNow technology workflow area, especially in ITSM or CSM and/or in one of the following products: Security Operations, HR Service Delivery, SAM, FSM, ITOM, Now Assist. Your official certifications as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist confirm your experience.
  • You are confident in using process frameworks such as ITIL.
  • You are familiar with agile project work according to Scrum or SAFe as well as Design Thinking.
  • You are experienced in JavaScript, relational databases and web technologies.
  • You express yourself clearly and confidently in German and English.
