Job Description
TasksYou manage long-term crew capacity planning, ensuring crew capacity meets demand. You will drive data-driven decision-making, influence crew recruitment, training strategies and optimize working models. You provide strategic guidance and report key insights to senior management.
- Manage long-term crew capacity planning processes for flight and cabin crews, ensuring a balance between production demand and crew capacities
- Develop crew capacity forecasting scenarios, optimize planning models, and drive automation for more efficient crew capacity management
- Provide data-driven insights to enhance decision-making in long-term resource allocation & validate capacity forecasting assumptions
- Forecast long-term training and recruiting demand based on capacity requirements from production demand & align with key interfaces ensuring business goals
- Recommend optimized guidelines for new working models to enhance crew satisfaction, operational stability & crew productivity
- Identify process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance long-term crew planning efficiency

- Master’s degree in business administration, Aviation Management, or equivalent education.
- Experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with experience in airline operations, workforce planning, or similar functions.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) and an affinity for working with large datasets.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with aviation industry regulations, workforce planning methodologies, and collective labor agreements is strongly favored.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
