We are looking for an engaged and inspiring Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Zurich. In this role, you will act as partner of the Executive Management for strategic people related topics whilst also having leadership responsibility for a small, global team of HR professionals.You will be responsible to elaborate the people agenda together with the senior management and drive its implementation. A pragmatic, hands-on approach will help you to achieve the set goals across the diverse roles and jurisdictions in co-operation with the respective line managers.This position is made for a professional with a flair for operating in an international working environment and knowledge of relevant special requirements. Your open mindset, your capability to work in a solution-oriented way and your ability to drive and execute the global HR strategy rounds off your profile as a senior with broad knowledge in Human Resources. In your role as Senior HR Business Partner, you report directly to a member of the Executive Management.Your Main Tasks
- Serve as business partner to senior leaders, providing guidance on all HR-related matters, including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
- Lead and mentor a global team of 5 HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
- Collaborate with business units to support the delivery of talent identification and development, succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.
- Translate business needs into HR strategies and programs that support the achievement of company goals.
- Design and implement global HR initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees, addressing complex people-related issues.
Your Experience and Skills
- 10+ years of experience in HR, with a strong background in business partnering. At least 4 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience to interact with senior stakeholders, and ability to challenge ideas and advocate for the people strategy.
- Strong understanding of Swiss labour law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in English is required, other languages are a plus.
- First-hand experience in an international working environment and an interest in impact investing.
