Our 114,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.Abbott Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD) is looking for aLaunch Manager – Biosimilarsfor its global Pharma Division Headquarter based in Allschwil- Basel.Primary Job Function:Are you passionate about making a global impact in healthcare?We’re looking for a collaborative and strategic Launch Manager to lead the global introduction of Biosimilars and Complex Therapeutics across EPD. In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for new product introductions (NPI), ensuring seamless coordination across global, regional, and affiliate teams.This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of patient access to critical therapies while working in a diverse, inclusive, and purpose-driven environment.Core Job Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate global NPI projects for Biosimilars and Complex Therapeutics, including Oncology.Serve as the primary liaison across global, regional, and local teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.Guide cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration, alignment, and shared success.Oversee project planning and execution using global platforms (e.g., LEAP, ATOM, LEx).Ensure alignment with global governance and Launch Excellence standards.Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance quality and efficiency.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure accurate and consistent project data for planning and reporting.Minimum Education:Bachelor’s degree in science or engineeringMinimum Experience/Training Required:Proficient in English. Spanish is advantage.Experience with roll out of global, regional, or affiliate processes and systemsProject management experienceExperience with different systems, ability to become expert user of systems.Experienced with product launch management is preferred.Business perspective of many functions: commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, R&D, project management, BD, QA, regulatory, finance and market access. * Initiative, drive and energy, pro-active.
