Job Description

Required profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a B2B industrial environment, preferably within an SME.
  • Engineering background, ideally in electronics, mechatronics, industrial automation, or a related technical field.
  • Strong technical support capabilities in both hardware and software environments, with sensitivity to the demands of safety-critical industries (i.e. Nuclear Power Plants).
  • Strong interest in IT and electronics, with the ability to troubleshoot and explain complex technical systems.
  • Proven product & project management experience with hands-on involvement in project documentation, FAT/SAT procedures, on-site commissioning, and technical training.
  • Comfortable managing and maintaining technical documentation such as user manuals, release notes, and application notes.
  • High attention to details, accuracy and quality standards, particularly important for safety-critical and regulated industries (Nuclear Power Plants, LNG).
  • Experience in after-sales support, including RMA process management and customer follow-up.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a small, multidisciplinary team.
  • Fluent in English and French (minimum C1 level), with excellent communication and technical writing skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 10%) for commissioning, technical support, and customer interaction.
