Job Description
Tasks
- Analyze the demand, capacity utilization and actual market rate levels and ensure that bid-prices are calculated accordingly
- Execute calculation, evaluation and set-up of flight segmentation and Road Feeder Service network
- Calculate commercial flight goals with Sales and Network Steering Team Leader and contribute to rolling budget decisions
- Monitoring of the commercial performance of flights and trucks and adjustment of flight goals
- Contribute to the design and procurement of a road feeder service network
- Participate in regular exchanges with sales organization to ensure flight goals are achieved
- Decide on long term commitments and contracted businesses
- Participate in regular exchanges with contribution management and provide guidance with capacity segmentation

- University degree or higher business education in a relevant field and 5+ years of professional experience in the commercial field of airline, air cargo or transportation
- Solid experience in Contribution and/or Revenue Management is required
- Highly motivated team player with a proactive & collaborative mindset
- Proven entrepreneurial, hands-on attitude and solution oriented mind set
- Strong decision making competence
- Excellent communication skills in multicultural environment, across all levels as well as professional negotiation skills
- Know how to work with state-of-the-art software (MS Office) and Excel is your best friend
- Fluent English communication and writing skills; German is a plus
