Job Description
Your RoleAs Client Relationship Manager Assistant EXAM at Bank J. Safra Sarasin you are an integral support partner to our Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) in managing the overall day-to-day business operations and provide client-centric experiences through efficient administrative, operational and compliance-related tasks.Your Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support in administrative and commercial activities
- Manage retrocessions and related commissions
- Account openings, closings and other documentations
- Deal with internal and external policies and compliance regulations FATCA, anti-money laundering (AML), MiFID, etc.
- Prepare client meetings and events
- Respond to clients enquiries by email or phone
- Control, execute and monitor client’s instructions (payments, stock exchange, change of static data, etc.)
- Monitor credit lines and maturities of investments
- Monitor administrative issues
Your Profile
- University degree in Finance or completed apprenticeship or similar banking education
- First relevant work experience in Private Banking
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, knowledge in Avaloq is an advantage
- Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
- Strong work ethics, integrity and high level of accountability
- Ability to work under pressure and work with various stakeholders
- Fluency in Spanish, English and French, other languages are an advantage
