Job Description :Take Your Audit Career to the Next Level – Focus on US GAAP & SOXA highly respected global professional services firm is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Audit Senior Associate / Assistant Manager (Trade, Industries & Services) (m/w/d) with expertise in US GAAP and SOX. Based in Zurich or Zug, this opportunity offers a dynamic, international work environment where you can develop your career and leadership capabilities while working on high-impact engagements.Your Responsibilities

  • Support the engagement manager with the planning, execution, and completion of group and local audits for non-financial services clients, with a strong focus on US GAAP and SOX testing
  • Perform testing of SOX internal controls in line with current PCAOB standards, applying your expertise for significant subsidiaries of US-listed companies based in Switzerland
  • Collaborate closely with international audit teams across the US and Europe, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication
  • Deliver quality work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to continuous improvement and adding value for clients and internal teams
  • Gain exposure to challenging projects and benefit from regular feedback and coaching to strengthen your technical and leadership skills

Your Profile

  • University degree in accounting or equivalent qualification, along with a successfully completed US CPA (or equivalent)
  • 3–5 years of audit experience at a public accounting firm, with extensive auditing experience in US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, PCAOB, and SOX frameworks
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Confident coaching junior team members and delivering results in SOX audit environments
  • Structured, detail-focused mindset with strong summarization and documentation skills
