Location: Zurich, GenevaWork Pattern Percentage: 80% – 100%An unseen perspective for transformative growthAs a Strategy Manager focused on Life Sciences in the Customer Strategy & Design Team, you will work closely with our clients to solve never-before-seen challenges, bring your bold perspective into action, and develop transformative strategies on all organizational levels.How you can make an impact
- In this multi-faceted engagement manager role, you will be addressing business problems in an analytical manner, develop hypotheses together with your clients, structure decision making, and strive to develop pragmatic recommendations, tempered by experience
- Your aspiration is to help clients to gain or maintain competitive advantage against an ever-changing market context
- You will be at the core of client interactions, team, and project management, thereby developing your own skills and the skills of junior team members through close collaboration
- We are valued by our clients for our ability to see the vision through to reality, producing a plan and approach to successfully bring our client’s strategy to life
- Your engagements will involve the following: customer engagement and digital strategy; brand / product strategy; customer experience strategy, digital marketing; sales force effectiveness; market entry/growth strategy and new product development/product launch strategy
Who we are looking for
- Extensive experience in Strategy Functions in Consulting 7+ years in LifeSciences and/or Consumer Goods (Luxury, FMCG, Retail…)
- Background in Life Sciences or Consumer within a Strategy consulting firm, industry or a Life Sciences start-up (in Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device or Digital Health)
- At least 2 years of strategy consulting is a must (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, Kearney, Monitor etc.)
- Incisive thinker, confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks
- Comfortable with breaching the gap between strategy and digital, especially around MarTech
- Ability to structure, manage and deliver change
- Team leader with an enthusiastic, positive, ‹can do› attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable presence
- Passionate about doing an outstanding job for the Client
- Fluency in English is a must, French or German also required
- Expertise within Microsoft Office suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
- Master university degree from a reputable institution; preferably, MBA or PhD from a leading business school or equivalent experience
