Location: Bulle, SwitzerlandActivity rate : 100%Type of contract: Temporary contractStart Date: ASAPEnd date: 31.12.2025 (possible extension)As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will act as a key liaison between our global sales organization, third-party customers, and internal supply chain functions. Your role goes beyond order management: you are a central actor in ensuring supply continuity, optimizing planning, and improving collaboration across teams. You will be deeply involved in forecasting, supply planning, and logistics activities, and contribute to cross-functional projects with a strong customer and quality focus.You will take the lead on several critical processes, working closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Regulatory and Quality Affairs, and Logistics teams. You will also represent the Supply Chain function in key customer meetings and internal initiatives.Your key responsibilities will include:Acting as the single point of contact for a portfolio of international customers on all supply chain-related topicsEnsuring seamless end-to-end order processing, including order creation, delivery note generation, and proactive follow-up to avoid disruptionsCoordinating forecasts collection and analysis to ensure demand accuracy, anticipate supply needs, and align with production planningMonitoring stock levels, order flows, and delivery performance to guarantee service excellenceCollaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and solve operational or structural issuesSupporting new product launches and managing associated supply chain activitiesPreparing and verifying documentation to ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory requirementsLeading or contributing to projects aiming at process improvement, service level optimization, and customer satisfactionQualificationWhat makes you successful in this role:A solid understanding of supply chain processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and logisticsExperience with forecasting tools and ERP systems (SAP is a strong asset; tools like JDA, BlueYonder, OMD are a plus)Strong business acumen, particularly in how regulatory and quality requirements impact supply chain flowsProven experience in managing international customers and building trusted, solution-oriented relationshipsAssertive, proactive, and capable of influencing internal and external stakeholdersCollaborative mindset, with excellent communication and coordination skillsHighly organized, analytical, and capable of handling complex issues in a fast-paced environmentFluent in English and French, both spoken and written
