The transformation and continuous improvement of the function is a key focus.Having the responsibility for the team deliverables and goals he or she manages the workload across the team. Active risk management and reporting are important duties of this role.The in depth product and settlement know how enables the interaction with internal and external stakeholders ensuring the ongoing improvement of the services of the unit.People development is a priority and fostering an environment of collaboration ensures the delivery of high standard services to the bank and its clients.YOUR CHALLENGEResponsible for overall team deliverables and goals performanceManage workload across the team (e.g. backlog, forward planning)Responsible for the risk controlsManage reporting and escalationsDrive the creation of guidelines & policies and ensure adherenceAssess and implement processes for new products or servicesParticipate in important change initiativesManage people implication of change, interact with other units at management levelOperationalize changes within the teamFocus on people development & managementFoster collaboration within and outside the teamYOUR PROFILESolid leadership skills and experience (communication, act as role model, provide direction, active staff development and performance monitoring)Very good know how in settlements free of payment across securitized asset classesSolid risk management skills maintaining an overview of risk management tasks and mitigation actionsGood planning and delegation skillsExperienced change managerFluent in German and EnglishWell versed with MS Office toolsBanking apprenticeship and / or higher education in the area of banking / business administrationExperience in business transformation and change projectsExperience in managing Banking Operations functionsWe are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
