Professional network and route to entry level positionPosition SummaryThe Nestlé System Technology Centre (NSTC) in Orbe is Nestlé’s leading R&D centre for the design, development and deployment of Nestlé delivery systems, offering expertise in machines, packaging and products for in-home and out-of-home.As an R&D Master Trainee in Data Analysis, you will act as a support in conducting in-depth data collection and data mining efforts for Sustainability. Your role will involve collecting data, internal & external, and using this information to develop effective dashboards and reporting tools.We offer a dynamic, inclusive, and international working environment with many opportunities across different companies, functions, and regions. - Conduct a thorough analysis of all existing data, classify and sort it in a way that makes it easily accessible and understandable
- Establish a regular data collection process using tools such as PowerBI and Excel to ensure that the information remains up to date
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies in the existing data and implement corrective measures to address them
- Collaborate with different internal teams to ensure that the necessary data is collected accurately and comprehensively
- Document procedures and best practices to facilitate future data updates, enabling autonomous and simplified management
What will make you successful
- Student or fresh graduate in a Master’s Degree in Data Analytics or related fields
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about working with data mining procedures. Previous experience in data mining is a plus
- Strong autonomy and proactive mindset, with a certain level of maturity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in PowerBI and Microsoft Excel
- Good knowledge of sustainability database (such as EcoInvent platform) is a plus
- Fluent in English, French is a plus
