Develop Technical Strategy: Create and communicate the technical strategy

and roadmap for IT solutions

Planning: Lead the technical aspects of release planning, ensuring that

releases are feasible and meet quality standards, and allocate technical
resources effectively to support value stream activities * Technical Oversight: Oversee the technical design, development, andimplementation of the IT solution and ensure adherence to technical
standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines * Backlog Management: Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize technicalaspects and address technical debt, and participate in quarterly business
reviews to update on technical progress and challenges * Financial Oversight: Manage the technical budget and monitor expendituresto ensure cost effective resource useWhat we’re looking for:
