Work on and take lead in engaging local HR projects
Provide support to the HR Director in daily operational and administrative tasks
Contribute fresh ideas and be an integral part of continuous improvement initiatives
Draft internal communications and presentations
Organize internal and external events with strong focus on Health & Well-Being
Play a crucial role in employer branding initiatives
Manage administration of 3rd party relations and services, monitor budgets
Analyze data and create compelling reports

What you bring

Enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied science,
Preferred fields of study: Business-oriented studies with a focus on Human Resources Management,
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams),
Excellent command of both English and German languages,
First experience with AI tools
Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach,
Ability to work accurately and independently,
