Our mission: We safely power your flight.To start your talent journey with us, apply now as:Industrial Project Manager 100%You will be responsible for learning and development of our technical staff, fulfilling all quality standards of our highly regulated industry and customer requirements.
You will act within the matrix organization with assigned stakeholders and our management to ensure our workforce possesses the necessary skills and competencies (technical staff ~600 people, as well as non-technical staff ~100 people).
This role reports to the Head of Industrial Training.Your tasks

  • Understand and address training needs of employees and management, ensuring alignment with business needs and objectives
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new joiners and all trainings are carried out on time
  • Develop and oversee training programs/projects, coordinate with relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility, effectiveness, and relevance
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Your profile

  • Self-starter – motivated, independent and driven, comfortable with ambiguities and enjoys ownership
  • Great educational background, holder of a bachelor’s or master’s degree. MBA/consulting experience is a plus
  • Excellent people leader and executive Project Manager
  • Passion for learning and development – experience in designing organizational transformation/capability development programs and strong understanding of adult learning principles/psychology is a plus
  • Strong communication skills (top-down) and comfortable with executive presentation
  • Proven working experience with cross-functional and senior stakeholders
  • Solid technical understanding or hands-on experience within industrial goods sector a plus
  • Familiarity with regulatory training requirements and compliance standards is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Fluent in English, German is an asset
