Together we guide the development and continuous improvement of a high-performance, scalable and secure payment system.To allow TWINT to grow and expand, we need you in the role of a Senior Azure Cloud Engineer – in Zurich or Bern with Home Office.Your impact at TWINT:

Design, build and set up an Azure landing zone by following key design principles
Collaborate closely with technical experts and architects to align technical solutions with functional requirements and strategic initiatives
Ensure compliance with and implementation of security and data protection practices
Collaborate closely with developers, SREs and other DevOps Engineers across the organization to deliver innovative software solutions to the market in a flexible, timely, and high-quality manner
Engage in both conceptual and hands-on work

Your Profile:

Degree in computer science (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or equivalent education
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable
Strong expertise in Azure and the associated SaaS, PaaS, IaaS and security services
Knowledge of Linux and scripting languages (e.g. Bash, Python)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID is a big advantage
Proven track record of contributing to successful cloud migrations, particularly from on-premise data centres to Azure
Several years experience with Terraform for automating cloud infrastructure deployment and management
Familiarity with security best practices, risk management, regulatory requirements, and Azure security and compliance tools
Experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial services or banking industry, where security, compliance, and high availability are critical
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good English language skills; German is a plus
