Associate Specialist, Vendor Management & Process OptimisationAre you a Project manager with experience supporting development and implementation of a vendor management approach at department or organization level? Do you have professional experience in a process driven environment with focus on continuous improvement; experience in implementing process improvement methodologies, and automation & digitization of procurement & supply chain processes ?If so, please take a look at the following details:Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an Associate Specialist, Vendor Management & Process Optimisation to join one of their clients, a well-known international financing and partnership organization (non-profit), based in Geneva.Your responsibilities:This position will assist in creating a framework, approach, and methodology for managing third-party vendors who provide services to the Client under Opex, SI, and Grant mandated fundings, and build dashboards by collating data from internal sources and vendors and they will work alongside internal stakeholders who receive these services, as well as key stakeholders from legal, risk, IT, and finance, to implement the vendor management approach.You must ensure close alignment with the existing Procurement Framework, including Policy, Regulations, and Procedures, to optimize value from key vendors, mitigate risks, and optimize processes.To deliver the required results, it’s essential that you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in project management, supply chain management, business,
- Relevant courses or certification in vendor and supplier relationship management
- Relevant experience in project management, ideally in the area of procurement and supply Chain management.
- Demonstrated experience in process driven environment with focus on continuous improvement; experience in implementing process improvement methodologies, and automation & digitization of procurement & supply chain processes
- Written and spoken fluency in English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
