Application Support EngineerAre you an Application Support Engineer with 8 years of hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and
supporting JAVA applications; out of those at least 4 years of experience as a Java developer developing applications and at least 4 years of experience maintaining and supporting applications developed in JAVA? Do you have knowledge in relational databases and SQL languages ?Would you be interested in an exciting new contract opportunity working for one of the UN Organisations ?If so, please have a look at the following details:To deliver the required results, it’s necessary that you have:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in developing, maintaining and supporting JAVA applications
  • Proven experience of :

– Building and maintaining highly available systems
– CI/CD pipelines
– 3rd level technical support * Experience of CI/CD pipelines with knowledge of release management to release/deploy new version of software having updates/fixes

  • Experience of AWS Fargate, Docker, Linux environments, configuration management,
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
