You may be our newAgile PMO (m/f/d)We are seeking an experienced Agile PMO to oversee the successful management of Agile projects and programs across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring governance, and aligning the portfolio of projects with the company’s strategic objectives. The Agile PMO will ensure that project standards, methodologies, and processes are followed, enabling the smooth coordination and monitoring of Agile projects.The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), with a deep understanding of PMO functions, including resource planning, project tracking, and reporting.#LI-DP1Key responsibilities

  • Lead the development and management of the project portfolio, ensuring that Agile projects are consistently tracked, reported, and aligned with business strategies.
  • Ensure visibility into project progress and status through the creation and maintenance of key dashboards, reports, and metrics.
  • Track project performance, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage and monitor the execution of Agile projects and programs within the project portfolio to ensure they meet scope, timelines, and budget expectations.
  • Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and inter-project dependencies to ensure successful delivery of the project portfolio.
  • Facilitate the consistent application of Agile practices across teams, ensuring teams adhere to the Agile methodology while adapting to project requirements.
  • Analyze project performance data to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement, ensuring the ongoing optimization of PMO processes.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources across Agile projects, ensuring the optimal use of personnel, time, and budget by providing regular budget updates to ensure projects remain on track financially.

You bring these skills, experience & education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or similar are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO/ Project Management, with at least 3 years working in Agile environments.
  • Proven experience managing a PMO or equivalent, with strong project oversight and governance skills.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
