Apply today!The digital transformation in Swiss Post’s units will continue to progress in coming years. You will play a central role in this and further develop existing digital competencies in areas such as data science, business intelligence, robotic process automation etc. for enterprise services and prepare a handover to the responsible IT business cluster.How you make a difference– As a central partner in digitization topics for the Finance, Human Resources, IMS and CEO Corporate Services function units and their business IT, you drive the ongoing development of the digital transformation.– You have technical responsibility for the digital competencies for Financial & HR Services and develop their content for the function units in cooperation with the responsible business IT.– With your interdisciplinary team (approx. 30 employees) made up of data scientists, data engineers, BI & AI specialists, automation experts and business analysts and consultants, you are responsible for the successful implementation of digitization projects at the units.
– You also ensure the development and implementation of the strategic digitization roadmaps & data strategy for the unit and are responsible for increasing the maturity level of digital competencies.– You prepare the transfer of digitalization competencies to the unit’s IT business clusters and work closely with the unit’s respective cluster leads and cluster architects.What you have to offer– In addition to a higher business or technical education, you have a high level of technical understanding in the digitization environment.
– You already have experience in the digitization environment, IT strategy and data strategy, as well as in the control environment.– You are enthusiastic about topics such as future finance, data-driven HR and data-based sustainability and want to use your experience in these areas to make Swiss Post more digital, future-proof and sustainable.
– You have leadership experience in a digital environment and are familiar with modern management and control tools (agile methods, interdisciplinary teams, OKR, etc.).– You also strike the right balance between entrepreneur, coach and networker.– You maintain high standards in effective implementation and results-driven performance.
– You are ambitious, assertive and determined, with excellent communication skills at all levels along with knowledge of the interface between business and IT.
