Reimagine what you can become.As a Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the organization in achieving its strategic goals by conducting thorough market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and providing actionable insights. You will also be in charge of the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance business performance and drive competitive advantage, by collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging data-driven methodologies.A Day in the Life of a Strategy Analyst
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and financial data to support strategic decision-making
- Lead specific projects that enhance business performance and operational efficiency
- Implement business strategies that align with corporate goals, in collaboration with various departments across the company, including the Global Strategy team
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to gather insights and drive initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of strategic projects, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Prepare reports to present insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders
What will make you successful
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. An MBA would be a strong asset
- Previous experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or a related field, preferably within the consumer goods industry
- Proven project management skills, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Knowledge of Nestlé’s global operations and strategic priorities is advantageous
- Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
