Do you have a flair for detecting patterns and trends when you analyse data? We are currently hiring for a Senior Specialist People Analytics and Workforce Planning to join our HR IT team in Switzerland. You will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to provide insights that drive the strategic direction of our workforce planning and talent management. This role is critical in shaping our organization’s future by influencing our talent strategy and enabling us to attract, retain, and develop the best talent in the financial industry.What would your role be?
- Operate and further develop workforce management processes in close cooperation with Controlling, HRBP’s and business leaders
- Provide workforce data for annual reporting and sustainability reporting (CSRD)
- Manage various People Analytics services across the entire employee lifecycle (candidate selection, internal mobility, promotion, time & absences, retention, diversity, workforce composition etc.)
- Manage the data delivery to surrounding systems according to best in class architecture and data protection principles
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their particular needs and enable data-driven decision making
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in People Analytics and Workforce Planning and share key concepts with the entire HR team, controllers and the business
What are we looking for?
- At least 3 years proven experience in people analytics and/ or Workforce Planning
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to analyse, transform, visualize and interpret data
- Experience with the creation of calculated fields, reports, and dashboards in Workday
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, SQL) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Solid knowledge of state-of-the-art interfacing/ integration / architecture frameworks
- Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
- Self-driven and accurate working style whilst being able to make data understandable (storytelling)
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or Social Science with Statistical Methods
- Workday Report Writer certification
- Workday People Advanced and Analytics experience
- Any other functional or technical Workday experience and / or certification is of advantage
