PartagerLe cabinet de recrutement ALBEDIS SA (Interiman Group) est spécialisé dans les domaines de l’architecture, ingénierie et bâtiment sur toute la Suisse romande.Pour l’un de nos clients à Fribourg, bureau d’architecture de 25 personnes (projets publics/privés), nous recherchons le profil suivant :Directeur de travaux / Chef de chantier /Conducteur de travaux (H/F)Description du poste

• Rédaction de soumissions,

• Adjudication,

• Planification des travaux,

• Gestion des intérêts du Maître d’Ouvrage,

• Gestion financière,

• Suivi et coordination chantier jusqu’à la remise de l’ouvrage.

Profil attendu

• Formation suisse : d’architecte, technicien ES ou dessinateur en bâtiment,
• Expérience similaire sur Suisse en bureau d’architecte de min 5 ans dans le même bureau, parcours stable,
• Maîtrise des logiciels de soumission, planification et gestion des coûts.
