Attractive additional benefitsPosition SummaryAs a Cost Manager, you will lead the Cost Management in the area of Cost of Production (COP) & Transfer Pricing (TP). You will be responsible for governing and controlling the COP & TP, as well as developing processes, controls, tools, and systems.We offer a dynamic, inclusive, and international working environment with many opportunities across different businesses, functions, and regions. - Develop reporting solutions for TP & COP
- Efficiently address concerns or issues raised by markets regarding COP in a pragmatic manner
- Assure and design solutions and set up for new flows in the COP area
- Lead and develop training sessions for markets and functions
- Support the Costing Centre of Competencies understand COP and TP flows and update them with new developments
- Handle TP derogations
What will make you successful
- Strong finance education with Major in Finance / Accounting
- Thorough understanding and experience of COP and its impact on interfacing systems and processes
- Prior experience as a Controller in Operations, with experience in Audit and Business Controlling
- Experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry
- Previous experience within a network organization and multicultural environment
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Proven Project Management, organizational and planning skills
- Fluency in English
