As our Social Media Manager, you’ll craft engaging content, drive community engagement, and shape our brand’s presence across multiple platforms. From ideating innovative campaigns to analyzing performance metrics, you’ll play a key role in connecting with and growing our audience.   • Create and publish engaging content across all social media platforms Ensure a consistent storyline across multiple channels, aligned with overall marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community engagement
  • Analyze social media metrics to track the success of posts and make data-driven optimizations
  • Ideation for new formats and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Some years experience in Social Media or Content Marketing
  • Can use Adobe Creative Cloud programs on a basic / intermediate level
  • Knowledge of Meta / TikTok business managers and social media tools
  • Talent for storytelling and finding new creative ways to engage our audience
  • Fluent in German and English, French is an asset
