Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.As part of the Treasury and Payments team in Banking Operations, in the COO division of the bank, you are globally responsible for shaping and driving the development of the Treasury products in Operations front to back, including Cash Management, Money Market, Forex and Precious Metals.YOUR CHALLENGEDefine the vision and roadmap for Treasury products globally, optimize value across the end-to-end lifecycle and define and manage the product backlog aligned to business strategy and prioritiesCollaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define and prioritize stories in the backlog, taking into account client needs market trends, competitors and regulatory/technology evolutionDefine functional requirements and standards for vendor-delivered products and agree on technical design and implementation approach(es)Follow regulatory changes actively in all the relevant markets and initiate the necessary changesManage the relevant RtB topics (e.g. SLAs, incident and problem mgmt., audit actions), together with relevant stakeholders across the bankYOUR PROFILESpecialist know-how of Treasury products (Cash Management, Money Market, Forex, Precious Metals) and the front-to-back processes is a mustBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields. MBA or advanced degree preferred2-3 years of working as a product owner or as a project manager, with track record of embracing front to back ownershipProfound knowledge of CBPR+, SWIFT, SEPA and SIC standards (ISO20022)Know-how of the banking domain, and a good understanding of core banking operations processes and the typical banking product landscapeStrong stakeholder and change management skillsAbility to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organisationStrong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skillsGrowth-oriented and agile mindset and passionate about changeSelf-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, fostering a collaborative work environmentExperience in leveraging Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologiesKnow-how on Instant Payments preferred (SIC, TIPS)Proficient in English.
