Reimagine what you can become.Within our Global Brand and Communication team, we have two exciting opportunities for you to gain first experience and make a difference as Brand Identity and Collaborations Intern or Strategic Partnerships Intern. In these roles, you will support the development and implementation of our global brand identity and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints/markets. You will also support the deployment of collaborations or strategic partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative experiences that resonate with consumers.A day in the life as an Intern at NespressoAs a Brand Identity and Collaborations Intern you will
- Ensure a distinctive brand image by implementing brand guidelines across various touchpoints and educating internal and external partners on adherence to these guidelines.
- Align with relevant departments (e.g., Sponsoring, Retail, Content, PR) to maintain consistency in brand messaging and accommodate new Brand Identity needs or sub-brands.
- Present insights on luxury industry trends and ongoing innovation in brand expression to drive brand distinctiveness as well as collaboration/partnership driving relevancy and desirability with a new generation of consumers.
- Support the deployment of the Collaborations universe to ensure consistency, coordinate with cross-functional teams or markets in amplifying the Visual identity in various touchpoints and manage overall project timelines.
- Lead internal launches related to the Collaboration brand experiences.
As a Strategic Partnership Intern you will
- Support management of day to day partnerships by coordinating with external partners and leading regular status meetings.
- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure delivery of project milestones.
- Own overall project timeline and project tracking and core project management responsibilities.
- Work hand in hand with key markets to deliver a value proposition that is relevant.
- Support the full campaign development from brief to in market launch.
- Work with the creative and production agency in order to deliver campaign assets.
- Coordinate and partner with 360° teams to bring to life experience.
- Support post project tracking and analysis in collaboration with market teams.
- Present insights on luxury industry trends to drive brand differentiation and support ongoing innovation in brand expression.
Tell us more about your preferences during the recruitment process.What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s or Master’s student, or recent graduate in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- Previous experience or internship in Marketing or Communication, preferably gained in a marketing/communication/design agencies or within a marketing department of a global company. Experience in project development is a plus
- Passion for high-end/luxury brands and, along with an interest in communication, trends and artistic expression
- Demonstrate a passion for brand development, strong creative and artistic sensitivities and attention to detail
- Strong affinity and curiosity for lifestyle, fashion and cultural trends
- Natural leadership qualities (incl. negotiation skills), proactive mindset, resilience, and a high ability to manage stress in a dynamic environment and with cross functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and concisely
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Digital savy linked to the Gen Z culture (insta, tik tok, etc.)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French or another language is an advantage
