  • Support/undertake general legal research and consultations.
  • Draft assessments on legal questions concerning audit oversight and financial market law.
  • Draft correspondence with oversight authorities.
  • Assess reporting obligation and prepare registration/reporting documentation towards Swiss and foreign authorities and supervisory organizations.
  • Monitor internal registration processes.
  • Support the team in general administrative tasks.

Your Skill Set

  • Paralegal or degree in law (lic.iur / BLaw/ MLaw).
  • Used to working in a very structured and precise manner, even under time pressure.
  • Team-oriented, responsible, and flexible personality who promotes innovative approaches.
  • Excellent German and English skills.
