For one of our clients, a renowned industrial company based in the Neuchâtel region, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager FR/ENG (M/F):Your Responsibilities:
- Improve preventive (PM), predictive, and corrective maintenance of equipment, prioritizing safety, timely PM completion, efficiency, cost management, MTBF, and MTTR.
- Regularly analyze equipment performance using the PDCA methodology, identifying key characteristics in collaboration with the Process Team.
- Manage 8D problem-solving processes and task forces as necessary, involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Supervise the technician team, ensuring safety, organization, shift staffing, positive behavior, and team building in a supportive social environment.
- Promote skill development to sustainably increase know-how for each team member and the Maintenance Team as a whole.
- Maintain and update documentation within the Quality System framework, including procedures, checklists, standards, norms, and supplier information.
- Ensure clear and structured communication within the maintenance group and the broader IC Front-End organization.
- Proactively engage with suppliers, track actions, and conduct regular reviews to ensure continuous support and efficient interventions.
- Monitor and plan costs for spare parts and service contracts.
- Provide technical insights for new equipment acquisitions and manage their start-up and integration into IC Front-End Operations.
- Stay updated on technological advancements through documentation and exhibitions to enhance maintenance efficiency and overall manufacturing performance.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Certified in Leadership/Management Training
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience i
- Minimum of 4 years in a leadership role
