What We’re Looking For:
You’re a proactive leader with a passion for process optimization and a deep understanding of protein purification techniques. You thrive in dynamic environments, bringing both strategic vision and hands-on problem-solving skills to the table.Your Background:

  • Strong expertise in protein purification and downstream methodologies.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and inspiring scientific teams.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in German and English with excellent communication abilities.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and ready to manage evolving priorities with confidence.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in bioengineering, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with chromatography systems and tools.
  • Previous success in managing scientific or technical teams.
