You will be part of a small team of 5 dynamic engineers dedicated to level 3 support for all user devices (laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile phones, scanners, printers, workplace, meeting room equipment, etc.) at a Swiss multinational in Vevey. You will be fully integrated into the technical team and, in addition to your technical activities, you will also be responsible for the operational coordination of the team. Every IT device in Switzerland is the technical responsibility of this team, to ensure that it integrates seamlessly into the customer’s environment and delivers an optimal user experience. The technical scope covers hardware, firmware/BIOS, drivers, operating system, administration and monitoring platforms.
- You will actively participate in all level 3 technical support activities
- You will coordinate, evaluate, and develop the skills of a small operational team
- You will work as part of a team at the customer’s site
- You may be required to travel to a customer site in Switzerland (10%)

- CFC in Information Technology with several years of experience
- Engineering-level expertise in the Microsoft operating system, SCCM, and Microsoft back-end solutions (build process, onboarding, etc.) as well as other key environments such as iOS, MacOS, Android, ….
- Strong analytical skills, effective problem-solving methodology, and genuine service-oriented mindset
- Ability and willingness to develop in the operational coordination of the team in addition to technical activities
- French and English, spoken and written mandatory
