About Our ClientFor our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical sector, we are seeking a Sample Management Officer (m/w/d). The company is renowned for its innovative solutions and global presence, offering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute global shipping orders for pharmaceutical products in a regulated environment
Perform sample preparation tasks, including aliquoting
Manage inventory of reference substances, both electronically and physically, for centralized laboratory facilities
Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, HSE, ISRM and other relevant guidelines
Prepare and deliver raw data documents to internal or external stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact for logistics-related queries and represent global teams locally
Review and approve documents within the scope of your responsibility
Support digital transformation initiatives as a subject matter expert (optional)
Operate complex tools and laboratory automation systems to enhance efficiency

Your Profile

Completed vocational training in pharmaceutical development, logistics, or a related GMP field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in global shipping logistics; knowledge in analytical development/manufacturing is advantageous
Proficient in using software tools and adhering to quality principles such as GMP and ALCOA+
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently; management experience is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written); basic knowledge of German is an advantage
Hands-on personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
