Permanent Position via Experis Switzerland🎯 The OpportunityOur client, a long-established and respected player in the Swiss banking sector, is looking for a skilled and proactive Business Applications Engineer to join their Geneva-based tech team. You will be at the core of application development, supporting mission-critical banking operations including trade finance and wealth management.🚀 Your ResponsibilitiesMaintain and enhance in-house business applicationsTranslate business needs into functional and technical solutionsDesign, develop, and implement features in a DevOps-oriented environmentEnsure application monitoring and performance in productionBuild automated tools to streamline operationsDevelop and maintain interfaces between internal banking systemsCreate BI reports to support strategic decision-makingDocument processes, flows, and technical specifications🧠 Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (HES/EPF or equivalent)4+ years› experience in business application developmentStrong expertise in relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and PL/SQLSolid experience in Full Stack Development: Java, Spring Boot, AngularFamiliarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)Agile working experience (Scrum, Kanban)BI tools knowledge (SAP BO, QlikSense) is a plusFluency in French and good command of EnglishBackground in banking and trade finance is a major advantage🌟 What’s on OfferA diverse and multicultural workplaceA collaborative environment where ideas are encouragedAttractive compensation package 💰1 day of remote work per week 🏡
