Let’s shape the future of wealth management together.Post Trade Processing is responsible for booking global stock exchange transactions, monitoring of open settlements and the management of Swiss shares registration. As transfer agent for fund providers the team processes fund trades and performs other tasks in the fund segment. The close collaboration with trading, reconciliation, IT and other departments enables the team to further develop processes and participate in projects.YOUR CHALLENGEDaily processing of stock exchange transactions and exception handlingMonitoring of settlements for stocks, bonds, ETFs, funds and structured productsBooking of fund orders and transfer agent tasksIdentification and management of risk positions in collaboration with other teams and interfacesFurther development of internal processesYOUR PROFILEExperience in securities processing and settlementBasic know how in equities, fixed income, funds and structured productsWell-developed risk awareness regarding stock exchange transactions and settlementKnowledge of SWIFT, experience with GTMatch / GTExchangeBank apprenticeship and/or solid experience in trade processing and settlement / Banking OperationsFluent in English and very good German language skillsAdvanced in MS OfficeReliable team player with a high degree of accountability and self-directionStrong interpersonal skills & service orientationStrong team-player with can-do attitudeSound risk awarenessIndependent, reliable and precise way of workingOpen to continuously learn and develop new skillsSeeking new challenges, continuous changes and ongoing improvementsWe only consider candidates who can start immediately.We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
