Job Description

As Internal Communication and Engagement Manager, your missions and tasks are varied and essential for maintaining smooth and effective communication within the organization.HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

  • Develop and implement an internal communication strategy aligned with the Maison’s objectives.
  • Create communication plans to support key Maison initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure the sharing of important company information and updates to all employees.
  • Manage internal communication channels such as the intranet, newsletters and social platform.
  • Coordinate internal communication projects in collaboration with various departments to ensure consistent and integrated communication

EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

  • Promote employee engagement and motivation through initiatives, communication and internal events.
  • Strengthen Maison culture and values through communication project and campaigns.
  • Develop strong and effective working relationships with all “internal clients”.
  • Organize events and activities that promote Maison culture and a strong sense of belonging.
  • Gather feedback from employees on communication initiatives and use it to improve practices.
  • Measure and analyze employee engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?You have a diversified profile, both in Human Resources and Marketing.You are services oriented and the human side is important to you.You have an excellent communication and a great creative spirit.
