Job Description
We are recruiting for a prestigious multinational pharmaceutical company located in Tessin:Group IT Governance ManagerMissionThe candidate will be responsible for improving and monitoring Business Technology governance at the group level, streamlining processes, fostering cross-company collaboration, ensuring IT audit readiness, and overseeing security effectiveness.Main responsibilities
- develop and implement IT governance frameworks and policies to ensure effective management and control of IT resources across the group;
- monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of IT governance practices and make recommendations for improvements;
- IT Audit readiness and management activities (including e.g. periodic reviews, monitoring and external auditor relations);
- streamline IT processes to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity;
- foster cross-company collaboration to ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives;
- ensure IT readiness by developing and maintaining IT disaster recovery and business continuity plans;
- oversee the effectiveness of cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards;
- collaborate with the Head of Digital Business Technology to align IT governance with digital transformation initiatives.
Knowledge and experience
- bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- proven experience (at least 5 years) in IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
- strong understanding of IT processes, frameworks, and best practices.
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- fluent Italian and English
- ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Nice-to-have
- relevant certifications such as ISO27001, CISSP or CGEIT are a plus, along with understanding of GMP and GDP in healthcare.
