Job Description

Workplace: Biel/Bienne or Renens (with at least 2 days in Biel per week)Start date: ASAPYour duties

  • Autonomous handling of a defined population
  • Contact person for employees and managers regarding HR topics
  • Personnel administration from on boarding to off boarding
  • Management of a high volume of recruitment
  • Creation of HR-specific data overviews and statistics
  • Contact to external organisations (insurance companies, authorities, offices)

What you bring

  • Federal HR-Specialist diploma
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German or French (spoken and written is mandatory)
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Experience in HR-KPI and Reporting
  • Payroll-Knowledge is a plus
  • Organized, independent way of working with a high level of commitment
