Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Solutions Lead.The ideal candidate will bring solid expertise in omnichannel strategy, marketing, and digital marketing, with a strong focus on the development and production of impactful marketing materials tailored to the healthcare ecosystem.Temporary replacement – may be extendedLocation: SwitzerlandRemote : 100%Start : ASAPKey Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and execute the EU/Mid Markets Osteo strategy at the local level following the 70/30 principle (70% centrally driven, 30% locally adapted).
  • Develop and implement local solutions that address the specific needs, insights, and drivers of the AT/CH ecosystem.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical, Access, Sales, and other local teams.
  • Co-create with external stakeholders (HCPs, KOLs, patient associations) to design impactful, patient-centric projects.
  • Monitor KPIs, measure outcomes, and ensure alignment with the Immunology Patient Value Brand Plan (PVBP).
  • Actively participate in Mid Markets/EU communities, sharing insights and best practices.

Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Master’s degree in business, digital marketing, or communications
  • Minimum 3–4 years in a marketing-related role
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Solid understanding of digital communication tools (e.g., programmatic advertising)
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French is a plus
  • Additional assets: Content creation skills (e.g., Photoshop), experience launching new products
