IT Monitoring EngineerJob Description – Production Engineer & Support – Lausanne – 6-month contractExperis IT Geneva is recruiting for one of its clients in Lausanne a Production Engineer & Support for a 6-month contract.
You will work in a demanding banking environment with key responsibilities in production environment management and incident resolution.Your Responsibilities:Plan batch jobs for all environments (SIMULATION, UAT, PRODUCTION)Monitor application and infrastructure performanceResolve technical incidents and collaborate with development teams to identify root causesDocument incidents and participate in post-incident reviewsParticipate in change management, releases, migrations, and cross-functional projects (offboarding, implementation of new tools, etc.)Train and assist operations teamsAutomate recurring tasks (scripting, import/export of TWS plans, backups, cleanups, tool upgrades)Your Profile:Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Bachelor, Master, or equivalent)3 to 7 years of experience in IT systems support and maintenanceSolid experience in batch chain planning and task automationProficient with Unix/Linux/Windows environments and scheduling tools (TWS or equivalent)Experience in incident management and scripting (Shell, etc.)Ability to work under pressure and manage crisesExcellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skillsWe Offer:A stimulating environment within a renowned banking institutionA rewarding 6-month assignment with possible extensionsPersonalised support throughout the recruitment processInterested?
