Join this digital transformation and help scientists around the world accelerate the pace of biopharma R&D.Learn about the which makes everything possible.The Content Marketing Manager – Mass Spectrometry is responsible to create content that promotes Genedata Expressionist, our enterprise software for biopharma mass spectrometry data workflows. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns. This involves collaborating with product management, sales, and customer success teams to gain insights into market needs, understand customer challenges, and identify product value propositions. These insights will then be translated into effective messaging and branding strategies to promote Expressionist.This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, marketing expertise—ideally in the software space—and a strong background in mass spectrometry. As part of an international team, you will simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value. You will collaborate across functions to produce compelling content for our target audiences.This position reports to the Marketing Project Manager. It is part of the Genedata Expressionist Business Unit located in Basel (Switzerland) and will be an onsite role.Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to showcase the impact of Genedata Expressionist in real-world scenarios. Translate technical benefits into compelling business value propositions.
- Highlight customer success with engaging webinars, case studies, references, and posters. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders within the user community.
- Create high-impact marketing collateral, including product presentations, application notes, and customer stories. Craft scientific communications such as abstracts and posters.
- Develop captivating content for web pages, social media, press releases, and newsletters that resonates with our audience.
Skills & Experience
- Masters or Ph.D. in a field relevant discipline
- Prior experience with mass spectrometry in biopharma and familiarity with industry processes and challenges.
- Strong capability in translating scientific solutions into delivered business values.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a proven track record of creating high-quality, content-rich marketing material for different audiences and channels.
- High degree of initiative, dedication to quality of work, attention to detail, and a hands-on attitude.
- Ability to collaborate, network, and influence in a cross-functional environment, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in generating engaging content in partnership with creative professionals such as designers, video editors, and digital marketers.
- Fluent English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
