🧠 Senior Electronics & Embedded Systems Engineer – Innovative materials📍 Central Switzerland | 🔧 R&D Innovation | 💼 Permanent | 💶 CHF 95-115K max!English Speakers! German advantageousJoin a Swiss tech pioneer driving the next wave of sensor-actuator intelligence and innovative materials. Your role will be crucial in shaping real-world industrial innovation – from embedded algorithms to adaptive materials.🔍 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the full lifecycle of R&D projects for intelligent sensors and actuators
  • Develop Embedded C/C++ firmware on ARM Cortex-M (bare-metal & RTOS)
  • Design custom PCBs using Altium Designer
  • Program Python-based automation scripts for diagnostics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts

🧩 Your Profile

  • 🎓 at least a BSc and ideally a Master’s/Ph.D. in Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems
  • 💼 5+ years in embedded product development
  • 🔧 Strong in both Embedded C/C++, RTOS, real-time constraints
  • 🧠 Experience with MATLAB/Simulink and Python
  • 🛠️ Skilled in Altium Designer
  • Proficiency in CAD software and mechatronic simulation tools, combined with practical experience in developing mechatronic systems, is a huge bonus!
  • 🌍 Fluent in English (C2), German/French B2+ a plus
  • 🏔️ Based within or can relocate to Canton Uri, Central Switzerland; hybrid model (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) to provide flexibility and work-life balance
